Molly graduated from Eastern Oregon University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Art. She concentrated heavily on photography and sculpture, both ceramic and metal. She moved to Portland, Oregon shortly after in search of work in the field of art. After several years of working in the art field, she returned to school. She attended the Dental Lab Technology program at Portland Community College, where she began her denture making career.
She worked in a denture lab while attending the lab tech program. When she finished her studies in 2007, she immediately began her internship at the Hillsboro Denture Center. She successfully passed her state boards in 2008 and has been licensed as a denturist in Oregon ever since. Molly continued to work at the Hillsboro Denture Center until 2011 when she moved back home to Baker City to open her own practice.
Her heart was in La Grande, so in July of 2012 she made the decision to move her practice to La Grande where she continues to practice today.
